Food-Related Book Review

The title of the book I am reading right now is "Bread, Wine, Chocolate The Slow Loss Of Foods We Love" by Simran Sethi.

The author is a journalist, but also writing novels like this. This book was published in 2015 from HarperOne.

The main point this book wants to talk about is as you can see from the title of the book, she wants to tell us the loss of food, by talking about few types of food from chocolate, bread, wine, beer and more.

As far as I read, she mentions how we eat small amount of species that live around the world. For example, we only eat meat such as beef, pork, chicken, maybe lamb but as you can see, they are few of the species we eat as meat. She wants to alert us that we eat same species too much. It is true that we must eat variety of food, but it is also difficult to change our eating habit.
