Turtle Tower Restaurant

I was assigned to analyze a restaurant review, and the name of the restaurant is,"Turtle Tower Restaurant". It was a video review made by four people. The restaurant is a vietnamese restaurant, and pho is one of those popular dish at this restaurant. So in the video, a review is made on this pho(the picture below).

The review in total was neutral, although there were some points that did not like making review on this restaurant. The video gave basic information on this restaurant which was important to understand the background of this restaurant. As I was watching through this, it was clear that the reviewers did not like rare meat, since they are from states.

I was interested by the reviews they were making, but there was one thing I really did not like about watching this video. There is this aged man in this video, and he did not like the pho at this restaurant. He mentioned that the flavor was too weak and did not like rare meat. Actually that is how pho is, and he did not know nothing about it. If they want to make reviews on restaurant, I would like to research deeply about what they are going to review or it will lead to mis-information.

The review in total was completely fine, very intriguing contents. Since it was a video, it was easy to imagine the texture and smell of the pho on the video which looked very delicious. The restaurant is in San Fransico, US, it might be difficult to go right now but would like to go someday to taste that delicious looking pho.

 Hello! I went to a restaurant in Osaki with my friend to analyze their food. The name of the restaurant is Rokurinsha(六厘舎). It is very close from the Osaki station.  At this restaurant, they serve tsukemen(つけ麺). By the way, do you know what tsukemen is? Try to imagine ramen. Ramen contains cooked noodles in hot soup, while tsukemen separates soup and noodle and the noodle is boiled and chilled. You dip in the noodles in soup and eat it, and that is what tsukemen is. Rokurinsha is famous for their tsukemen, and there are five located in Tokyo.  I ordered the stereotype tsukemen with more noodles. It was 930 yen. Tsukemen is picture on the right. In the soup there was a big char siu, few menma, naruto, dried seaweed and fishmeal(it is not for fertilizer). First of all, I tasted the soup. I felt the dashi very strong. The IVE Project

Before I start telling my experience at IVE project, let's start with what IVE project is. IVE project is an exchange project, which is used for students from around the world to discuss varieties of matters. As I am in food related seminar, I discussed about food. This is how the IVE project page looks like. There are many themes going on with discussions such as art, Covid-19, technology and more.  I uploaded my discussion question, and there were lots of replies. I believe there were replies from Japan, China, Taiwan, Columbia, Turkey and few more. Replies from Turkey were the most(I guess) which was unexpected. I had a decent discussion with them, which I was really relieved because I did not think there would be lots of replies coming from many people.
